Homemade Ketchup
4 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste
2 cups water
3/4 cup vinegar
7 TBsp sugar
3 garlic cloves
4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder

I warmed the paste in a large saucepan, then you add the water a little at a time. Dump in the rest of the ingredients, and you've made BETTER-than-store bought Ketchup!!
