Many people requested the Harvest Bundt Cake
recipe so I am here to please! :) This cake really does make your house smell wonderful!!!
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
2 t cinnamon
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t ground ginger
1 c canola oil
1/2 t vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 c all-purpose flour
15 oz can pumpkin
1 apple. cored, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped nuts--I used walnuts but pecans would be great too!

Mix first 10 ingredients--add 1/2 cup of flour at a time. Blend pumpkin, fold in apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 70 minutes. Cool about 20 minutes in the pan; remove and complete cooling on a wire rack. Frost when cool.
Fall Harvest Bundt Cake FROSTING
2 t vanilla
1/2 c butter, softened
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened (I used 1/3 fat type
3 1/2 c powdered sugar
Blend vanilla, butter and cram cheese together; add enough powdered sugarn until desired spreading consistency is achieved! That's it!! Yummy!!!
