HONEY PECAN JELLY.
The recipe I found did not call for pecans, but I am sure you could add a reasonable amount to the jelly.
1 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup liquid pectin
Heat honey and water to boiling. Stir constantly. Add liquid pectin and bring back to a boil. Allow to cool in jelly jars.
